I had the best experience using LA Rain Pros. I requested a quote for gutters on a home I had just purchased and received a very reasonable quote quickly and efficiently. I was provided with color samples to choose from, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of options. I wasn’t home at the time of the installation, but I was very pleased with the quality and appearance when I returned from work. The color matches perfectly. The entire office staff was pleasant, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them for any services they provide, and I would recommend these guys to my friends and family.

Today, Josh and Tyler installed 200’ of new gutters and leaf guards on our home. They are detail-oriented craftsmen who take pride in their work. They reviewed the plan with me before starting the project and walked me through everything afterward. They also did an excellent job cleaning up before they left. I can hardly wait until it rains! The team of Reed and Chase came to my home as scheduled (actually 30 minutes early) and completed the job efficiently and professionally in about an hour. LA Rain Pros installed gutters on our barn several years ago, and they repaired them after the ice storm in February 2021. We were having an issue with our downspout when it rained. I called LA Rain Pros yesterday, and the lady who answered the phone scheduled Luciano, the technician, to come today. Thank you to Rick, Brad, and Luciano for coming out today to repair my gutters. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the guys who came out today to get me fixed up. I can only give 5 stars because that’s the highest allowed—I would give 10 if I could! P.S. The guys told me that Rick’s birthday is on the 15th of this month. I am very impressed with how hard he works at his age. I think they said he is going to be in his 70s on the 15th, so again, let’s all wish him a happy birthday!

I can’t speak to how everything was set up beforehand to have the gutters and covers installed—he handled all of that. But the actual appointment, the installers, the installation, and the final walk-around were all absolutely great. Josh was one of the installers, and I promise you he has the absolute best customer service. I was working the first half of the morning, so I wasn’t home when they arrived. Josh called me a couple of times to go over a few issues and concerns, and we were even able to do a three-way call to get everything resolved. I arrived home around noon, and he (Josh) walked me around and explained what we had discussed earlier. A couple of other guys showed up to help with the additional installation of an accordion drain. All four guys were awesome, and of course, I’ll close with this: it’s BEAUTIFUL. I AM SATISFIED!! I highly recommend LA Rain Pros!!!
