Owner and Operator

Johnson is the owner and operator of LA Rain Pros. He started the company in 2005 with one
truck, one trailer and whoever he could find to help. He has spent 20 years dedicated to
seamless gutters and perfecting the trade. Johnson has enjoyed working in the same area
where he grew up, valuing the opportunity to serve a community he knows well and the people
he has long standing relationships with. Johnson values the trust that has been placed in him
and will continue delivering quality gutter and garage door installations

Alicia Nesbitt

Office Manager

Alicia is the Office Manager at LA Rain Pros who helps keep the business running smoothly
behind the scenes. She works closely with other office personnel to manage daily office
operations and ensure everything stays organized and efficient. Alicia handles accounts payable
and receivable, along with the many administrative details that keep the LA Rain Pros office
running smoothly. She joined the team shortly after her husband, Johnson Nesbitt, started the
company and has been an essential part of its growth ever since. Alicia brings energy and
dedication to everything she does

Brad Cubley

Field Manager

Brad is the Field Manager at LA Rain Pros oversees installation crews and ensures every job
runs smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with the teams in the field and at the shop to
make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Brad manages
day-to-day crew operations, troubleshooting issues on job sites and keeping schedules on track.
He joined the company in 2008 and has been a key part of its continued success. With years of
hands-on experience as an installer, Brad is highly knowledgeable in gutter installation and
functionality. His hands-on leadership and expertise help keep every job running as planned.

Luciano Bencomo

Sales Representative

Luciano is a Sales Representative at LA Rain Pros who oversees estimates and coordinates sales operations for the company. He works directly with customers to provide accurate estimates and helps guide them through the process from start to finish. Luciano stays in close contact with roofers and contractors to ensure clear communication and smooth project coordination. He also oversees other sales team members and supports all sales-related activities. Known for his outgoing and confident personality, Luciano brings a knowledgeable and professional approach to every interaction. Customers and partners can count on Luciano for clear communication and dependable service.

Rick Ferrell

Sales Representative

Rick is a Sales Representative at LA Rain Pros who works directly with our customers. He
meets one-on-one with homeowners to evaluate projects, answer questions, and recommend
the best solutions for their property. Rick has been with the company since late 2020 and brings
experience and attention to detail to every consultation. Known for his professional yet
lighthearted and funny personality, he helps customers feel comfortable and confident
throughout the process. His customer-focused approach helps set projects up for success from
the very beginning. When Rick is involved, homeowners can expect a smooth and
straightforward experience.
